Done after a five mile run on the treadmill. My legs are very sore from Muay Thai sparring, but so it goes. The higher numbers of burpees are going to hurt, I get the feeling. I did all 9 in a row, but needed to catch my breath a bit after them. I wonder when the numbers start to pile up how I will need to split them up.
