I skipped yesterday since I did a 10K run, but today I made up all 145. Ouch.

Done in office, scattered and smattered through the day. Had to, was too busy here at work from the get go.

Oh my my my...that trip to Memphis didn't work out at all. I just today caught up on the burpees, doing five here, ten there, burpees at work and home to catch up. I have to remember how painful this was to be in the hole.

Done in office. Off to Memphis, this should be interesting to see if I can get the burpees done on the road. Bet I will.
